A crisis refers not just to trauma, but someone’s response to a situation. Triggers vary from person to person. Today, the Covid-19 pandemic may trigger fear and anxiety in many of us.

Crisis Counselling Offers Assistance & Support

Crisis counselling helps individuals deal with the crisis by offering resources, stabilization, and support. Crisis counsellors also help people develop coping skills to deal with the immediate crisis.

This is a list of mental health practitioners currently offering crisis counselling. Mentalogue does not take a cut and payment is made directly between you and the provider. If you are in a difficult financial situation, you are free to negotiate rates with them. Please use them at your discretion.
